EG Silkeborg Data is looking for a new Consultant for our payroll solution, SD Løn. With several implementation projects and opportunities within the public sector, we want to strengthen our team with a consultant who has a strong customer focus, combined with a solid understanding of IT. Our ambition is to be the most valuable partner to the Danish public sector. We develop and operate products within areas such as Payroll, Finance and Rostering for customers across the Danish public sector. Municipalities and regions place great emphasis on efficiency, and this is exactly where our payroll solution comes into play. Our goal is simple: to deliver correct pay, on time. We achieve this by having the best employees in Denmark. Time and time again, we deliver unique solutions to municipalities and regions with the right quality and on time, because we are dedicated professionals who are passionate about maintaining and developing the Danish welfare system through digitalization. With a strong order book, we're looking to add a new Implementation Consultant to our Payroll team.
· As our new Consultant, you will become part of a team consisting of one more Consultant and several supporters. In your day-to-day work, the team implements our solution for new customers and delivers various types of service to our existing customers, including running courses. Together, we ensure that the customer's IT investment provides valuable support for the user's everyday work, while supporting regions and municipalities.
· You will work closely with colleagues across multiple teams in a highly collaborative environment. Our team is based in Aarhus and Aalborg.
Your tasks: Implementing, Training, and Advising Customers.
As our new Consultant, you will play an important role in implementing and ensuring the optimal use of our payroll solution, SD Løn. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and requirements, while also serving as a trusted advisor who can challenge existing processes and help customers improve their ways of working.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include
• Understanding the customer's workflows and the needs the solution must be a solution.
• Running courses within the payroll area.
• Delivering various bookkeeping-related services.
• Implementing our solution (SD Løn, including related modules) at the customer.
• Developing new services.
• Preparing materials for users, such as guides and training material.
• Keeping documentation continuously up to date.
• Facilitating and participating in workshops with customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with many different types of tasks, most of which are directly customer-facing. In addition to other consultants, you will collaborate closely with software developers, business analysts, product owners, and our BI department.
The job involves travel activity, averaging around 2 days per week.
You are the ideal candidate if you
It is essential that you have experience working with payroll production. You may have experience with Silkeborg Data's solutions or with other similar systems. You also thrive on interacting with users, both as a trainer and as a consultant.
To succeed in this role, we value the following qualifications:
Experience with payroll production, preferably from the public sector.
Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken, as all our customers are Danish.
Excellent communicator and facilitator who enjoys presenting to and training larger groups.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Commercially minded, with the ability to balance great customer service with sound business practice.
Experienced in using AI in the daily work.
Confident presenter, as you'll often be "on the soapbox".
Able to work both closely with others and independently and know when to seek help from colleagues.
A true team player who brings energy, good spirits, and a strong will to succeed.
Holder of a driver's license (Category B).
You may also bring deep knowledge of payroll in the public sector, along with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
