Support Consultant
Help Danish customers solve complex IT challenges, build trust, and shape better support through troubleshooting, training and close teamwork in Ikast.
Our customers deserve the best support - Do you want to help deliver it?
You know the feeling. A customer calls with a problem that seems overwhelming. You ask the right questions, dig into the case, find the solution - and hear the relief on the other end of the line. That feeling is what drives you. And it's exactly what you'll get here. Every day.
We're looking for a support consultant to join our team in Ikast. Someone who's passionate about helping, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who knows that great support doesn't just solve problems, it creates trust.
As Part of the Department
We develop software for cemeteries, crematoria, deaneries and funeral homes. An industry most people never think about, but one that means everything to the people who work in it. Our customers trust us, and you'll play a key role in maintaining and strengthening that trust.
You'll be the point of contact customers remember. The one who takes the time, but also the one who drives things forward. You won't just solve problems - you'll prevent them, share your knowledge and make the whole team stronger. You'll be joining a support team of 6 experienced support consultants, all based together in our Ikast office. We prefer working from the office, which is part of why we've built such a strong team spirit and a shared sense of humor. Together, you'll support cemeteries, crematoria, funeral homes and deaneries, working closely with our development and sales teams.
Your Role: Supporting Customers, Managing Cases, and Building Trust
All support is handled via phone and written communication, with customers primarily based in Denmark. Specifically, you'll be working with:
1st and 2nd level support - from quick questions to complex troubleshooting and advisory.
Case management and follow-up, ensuring no cases stall and customers always know what's happening.
Customer and consultant visits - you'll get out from behind the screen and meet the people you help.
Conducting training sessions, both in-house and externally.
Testing our applications and collaborating with the development team.
Documentation and knowledge sharing with the team.
You'll be speaking with everyone from groundskeepers and accountants to funeral directors and deanery secretaries. That requires adaptability, the ability to listen and to explain - even when technical matters need to be made easy to understand.
You Are the Ideal Candidate If
We don't care what's on your diploma. We care about who you are. We imagine that you:
Have a genuine interest in IT, systems and digital solutions.
Enjoy customer interaction and have a natural, approachable style.
Are curious and eager to learn - the type who asks “why?” and “what if?”
You are motivated to explore emerging AI trends and integrate relevant insights into daily work
Can keep a clear head and stay calm, even when things get busy.
Have an eye for detail and take documentation seriously.
Speak and write fluent Danish, which you'll use in your daily customer interactions, and communicate well in English within an international organisation.
Have knowledge of or experience with accounting (a plus, not a requirement).
Hold a valid driving licence (category B).
What's in it for you?
This isn't a job where you just pass cases along. You'll have real responsibility, professional depth and the opportunity to make a genuine difference for the customers you work with. On top of that, you'll get:
Professional growth — thorough onboarding and ongoing opportunities to develop your skills.
Supportive colleagues — a team that challenges and lifts each other up, with humour and high standards.
Close leadership — leaders who are accessible and see you as a person, not a resource.
Genuine well-being — a culture where well-being, community and job satisfaction aren't just words on a wall.
Balanced working week — a 37-hour week, Monday to Thursday 8 AM–4 PM, Friday 8 AM–3 PM.
Fair compensation — salary based on your qualifications.
Our Values:
Lead the Industry — We bring deep industry expertise and help our customers lead their industry.
Make it Happen — We take ownership, move fast and deliver real impact.
Stronger Together — We collaborate across borders with high standards, trust, openness and no politics.
We look forward to hearing from you!
