Support Consultant
Help public and private organisations thrive with hands-on IT support. Join EG as a Support Consultant, solving problems, sharing knowledge and creating five-star customer experiences.
Help public and private organisations across the country get real, hands-on IT support - solving everyday problems and turning frustration into a five-star customer experience.
Do you get a kick out of giving your customers great, professional service? Are you quick to adapt, and can you send a smile down the phone line?
Then you might just be who we're looking for!
As part of the department
At EG Digital Welfare, we're looking for a skilled and structured Support Consultant to service our customers - both public and private organisations across the country. You're motivated by product and customer support, and you see it as your mission to help others succeed in their everyday work.
You'll join a dedicated team who are passionate about our products and our customers. Your role will be to provide technical and functional support for our IT solutions. Support plays a key role in EG Digital Welfare and helps drive high customer satisfaction.
You'll handle enquiries concerning several of our products, and it will be a real advantage if you have experience with one or more of the following:
• LUDUS
• UNO (including Uno, Uno Ung, Uno "Brobygning" and Uno STU)
If you don't already know these products, that's not a dealbreaker - you'll get thorough training, and over time more products may be added to your remit, for example "Self-Service and Health".
Your tasks: Solve, Support, and Share Knowledge
As our new Support Consultant, you'll solve problems of varying complexity for our customers. We get many different types of enquiries - by phone, web, and email - and we always handle them professionally, and with a smile. It's important to us that our customers know who we are, so we give you room to be yourself and build your own relationships with them. Your tasks will include:
• Support on LUDUS and UNO among multiple products
• Handling and reporting system errors, and following up on them
• Close collaboration with colleagues across departments, as well as with our development and product teams
• Maintaining internal procedures and process descriptions for handling support enquiries
• Sharing knowledge with colleagues on products and procedures through a specialist role
• Phone and written communication with our customers
We work continuously with AI to improve our workflows, and over time we expect the role to also include forwarding AI-generated suggestions to our developers.
Our opening hours are 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, and the job is primarily based at our office in Ballerup.
You are the ideal candidate if you
You bring good energy and an open, communicative personality. We imagine you have experience from product or technical customer support. It's an advantage to know one or more of our products, or to have worked in a related field, but it's not a requirement. We're a diverse team with different backgrounds, and that's part of what makes us successful. It matters to us that:
• You enjoy being a problem solver, and thrive in a working day that's unpredictable
• It comes naturally to you to put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand their needs
• You always see possibilities rather than limitations
• You can keep an overview when things get busy, and prioritise between need-to-have and nice-to-have - while keeping your customer service helpful and welcoming
• You're responsible and outgoing, and - not least - can send a smile down the phone line
• You want to be part of a close-knit team and help your colleagues during busy periods
• Speak and write fluent Danish, which you'll use in your daily customer interactions, and communicate well in English within an international organisation
• You're curious about - or already experienced with - AI, as we're increasingly using AI to improve how we work
On top of this, you're an experienced IT super-user with a natural interest in IT. You'll work with a wide range of systems, so it's important that you can quickly get to grips with them to give our customers the best possible service. You know your way around the Office suite, and we expect you to seek out knowledge and stay up to date on new product changes. Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as Incident, Service Request, and Major Incident is an advantage, but not a requirement.
What's in it for you?
• An exciting and varied working day, in dialogue with many different people
• A professional environment with an open, informal tone
• A team that values good humor and having fun together
• Skilled, engaged colleagues who know they only get better through collaboration and active knowledge-sharing
• Great opportunities to develop your professional and personal skills, and to help shape our solutions
• A strong focus on health and wellbeing
• A 37-hour working week – location Ballerup
• Salary by agreement
Our Values:
• Lead the Industry — We bring deep industry expertise and help our customers lead their industry.
• Make it Happen — We take ownership, move fast and deliver real impact.
• Stronger Together — We collaborate across borders with high standards, trust, openness and no politics.
We look forward to hearing from you!
