As Part of Professional Services
The position is an important part of strengthening our professional environment at EG Holte AS. As our new Senior Consultant, you will be one of our specialists in Building applications (byggesøknadsprosesser), and you will be a key resource in the work of further developing and delivering courses, services and customer support. The role also involves close collaboration across Professional Services, Support, and Product Management.

As part of EG’s investment in AI, you will contribute ideas and domain expertise that help ensure AI is used safely and meaningfully in a legally regulated field.

Your tasks

• Act as a responsible applicant (Ansvarlig søker) and advisor on behalf of our clients.

• Translate regulatory requirements into practical advice and solutions.

• Deliver high professional quality in our services and customer deliveries.

• Holding courses within your profession and our software.

• Keep up to date on changes in laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, and ensure that knowledge is reflected in our deliveries.

• Support the development of EG's solutions within the building case area.

• Help establish best practice for using AI within the building case area

• Assist with your specialist expertise in support cases

You Are the Ideal Candidate If You

• Have a genuine passion for great customer experiences

• Have experience with municipal building case processing

• Know how to translate legal requirements into practical advice and solutions

• Have strong communication and presentation skills

• Have great Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken

• Work in a structured, analytical way

• Use AI tools as part of your daily work - or are genuinely motivated to get there

It's a strong plus if you have experience as a responsible applicant (ansvarlig søker), experience with training, guidance or customer dialogue, or familiarity with digital tools and workflows within building case processing.
