This Role is a Maternity cover · approx. 12 months
As part of the department
As Communications Coordinator, you'll join EG's Corporate Communications team and report to Tine Rasmussen, Head of Corporate Communications. We are a team of 8 people covering external and internal communication as well as graphic designs and overall brand guidelines.
You'll cover a maternity leave of approximately 12 months, working closely with colleagues across the business driving internal communication and employer branding.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structure as much as storytelling - keeping momentum across channels, markets and stakeholders, while helping EG's employees feel informed, engaged and part of the bigger picture.
Your tasks: Coordinate, create and keep communication moving
Own internal communication campaigns and employee content — writing news articles and employer stories, and distributing them across channels such as Viva, LinkedIn, and newsletters
Drive internal AI communication — newsletters, intranet content, and presentations that bring the AI agenda to life for employees.
Drive employer branding initiatives in close collaboration with HR.
Plan simple video productions, from scripting and coordination to light editing.
Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and management use.
Maintain communication templates, channel governance, and reporting routines.
Handle ad hoc communication tasks and requests as they arise.
You are the ideal candidate if you
2-3 years of experience from a communications role, with a strong pen in both English and Danish
Enjoy writing and talking to employees to uncover and tell the good stories.
Curious about AI and comfortable putting it to work in your everyday communication tasks.
Proficient in PowerPoint, with a structured, detail-oriented approach and an eye for visual storytelling.
Practical, collaborative and able to keep projects moving independently, even with many moving parts.
